MANAGEMENT TEAM

Jeffrey D. Woodard, Executive Director, has served as an Assistant to the Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor’s Office, an adjunct professor at Robert Morris University and the Community College of Allegheny County. He has served on the City of Pittsburgh’s Aquatics Commission, a fact-finder for the City of Pittsburgh’s Commission on Human Relations, and has worked for Reed-Smith, LLP, and numerous other local companies. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Young Preservation Association. He completed his undergraduate studies at Westmoreland County Community College, the University of Pittsburgh, and Carlow University, and graduate work at Point Park University where he earned a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Science in the Administration of Criminal Justice. He also attended the California University of Pennsylvania where he received his certificate of training in “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen Covey.
